Dr. Sappho Giannopoulou is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of PECS in Hungary. She specialized as a Biopathologist at the "PGA General Hospital of Athens – Laiko," where she trained in the Hematology, Microbiology, Pathology, Immunology, and Biochemistry Departments.
From 2004 to 2007, she served as the Head of Central Laboratories in large Diagnostic Centers. Since 2007, she has been the Director of the Central Laboratories at Mediterraneo Hospital. Since October 2018, she has been the Scientific Director of the Microbiology Laboratory at Mediterraneo First Care Athens.
